This oracle deck has been my passion project since 2024 and I am aiming for a completion date of 2026. This 44-card deck is a love letter to the lagomorphs that inhabit our world and have been a part of our stories for centuries. Each card offers a message inspired by real folklores, superstitions, witchcraft practices, and symbols across cultures.
Each card has been carefully and respectfully researched and each is hard-drawn digitally. I have even had the honor of incorporating my own rabbits as models for my artwork.
The full project includes the deck and a guidebook used to interpret the card as a working system. Within the guidebook, supplementary text will be included for those who wish to dive deeper into the historical narratives and beliefs on which the cards are based.
Rabbits are known as one of the earth’s most humble and gentle beings, but they are so much more. I hope you enjoy learning more about their stories when I complete the deck in 2026.
